Mr. Winuth is an experienced tax adviser with more than 15 years of professional experience in Cambodia’s taxes, audit, accounting, and finance through working with some of the largest auditing and advisory firms in Cambodia. He has a bachelor degree in Finance and Banking, completed ACCA-UK qualification in June 2012, and CFA Level 1 in June 2013. Winuth is currently a TP director at Ernst & Young (Cambodia) Ltd., having more than 7 years of local experience in Cambodian TP practices in assisting multinationals on TP documentation, TP planning and advisory, and tax controversy since Prakas 986 became effective in late 2017 in a number of industries, including transportation and logistics, oil and gas, manufacturing of garment, footwear, electronics, animal products, etc., hotels and restaurants, trading and distribution of automobiles, pharmaceuticals, candy, construction, insurance, telecom, education, banking and financial services, etc. He teaches TP and tax dispute resolutions courses as part of Advanced Cambodian Tax at CamEd Business School. He has a long and proven track record of successful defense his clients.
