Mr. Remy Neou is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Neou Audit and Advisory Co., Ltd. from 16 July 2025. Prior to his new role, he worked for PwC Cambodia for 21 years from 01 July 2004 to 15 July 2025, with his last position as Associate Partner, in both audit and advisory practices. He specializes in statutory audits, financial and commercial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, IFRS/IFRS for SME gap conversion, and banking regulatory compliance.

In addition, he is serving as Vice President of the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA) and chairs its Technical Committee. He is also a member of the Technical Working Groups of both the Accounting and Auditing Regulator and the ASEAN Federation of Accountants, contributing to national and regional fronts, respectively. He conducted training sessions for a diverse group of staff ranging from associates to managers at PwC Cambodia, imparting essential skills (Fundamental-Advanced Audits and accounting standards of IFRS and IFRS for SMEs. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Professional Accountancy from the University of London (UK) and is a Fellow Chartered and Certified Accountants (FCCA-UK). He was among the first batch achieving a Certified Accounting Technician certificate (UK) in 2006.
