Douglas comes to Cambodia after working as a senior auditor in the UK. Douglas has served as interim Director of CamEd, technical assistant of an aid organization within the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, Senior Auditor in Arnold Hill and Brand Manager and Examination Coordinator of ACE. He holds a BSc Mathematics from Imperial College and is an Associate Member of The Royal College of Science.
