H.E. Dr. Eng Ratana teaches the Diploma in Cambodian Tax at CamEd Business School. He is the Director of the Large Taxpayer Department of the General Department of Taxation and is now a leading figure in tax in Cambodia. He is the adviser to the Supreme National Economic Council. He also has more than 37 years experience in tax administration and policies making. He holds an MBA from Charles Sturt University and a PhD from Build Bright University.
