Lucas is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of professional accounting experience across retail, manufacturing, professional services, government and non-government organisations. Lucas has held senior management positions at one of the leading Microfinance Deposit Taking Institutions in Cambodia, and Cambodia’s largest US-owned textile manufacturers, and an ASX 200 food and beverage franchise operator in Australia. 

As a qualified Chartered Accountant from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and associate of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Lucas is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.  Lucas holds a Bachelor of Business from the Queensland University of Technology

Lucas has also served as Vice Chair of the AmCham Tax Committee and been active in advocating on behalf of the business community through the private sector working groups, prime minister’s taskforces and industry associations, and a leading advocate in developing and implementing sustainability reporting in Cambodia, and managing corporate restructuring and crises in Australia.
