MATTHEW RICHARD LEIGH L.L.B is an English Lecturer and former NGO worker. After studying law at the University of Sheffield he moved onto working for the international logistics company Freightliner Heavy Haul. He originally came to Cambodia to work with the Cham and Kampuchea Krom minority groups, aiding with land grants and facilitating documentation for stateless people. Following this he worked for the Phnom Penh International Institute of the Arts where he taught English and International Relations both in Cambodia and South Korea. He is also a lifelong, avid pianist and music teacher who achieved his ABRSM Grade 8 in 2007.
