Mr. NA Peoupagnarith is a dedicated public official with a distinguished career in Cambodia’s financial regulatory sector. Currently serving as the Director of the Department of Legal Affairs at the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority within the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), Ministry of Economy and Finance, he brings nearly a decade of specialized experience to his role. Mr. NA first joined the Ministry in 2015 and has steadily advanced through the ranks, holding key positions including Deputy Director and Head of Office, before his appointment to his current directorship in March 2022. His expertise is firmly grounded in a strong legal education, holding Bachelor’s Degrees in Law from both the Royal University of Law and Economics in Cambodia and Lyon 3 University in France. His professional excellence has been formally recognized with a Silver Rank Medal of Labor from the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
