Profile

Dr. Nhem Boraden holds a PhD degree in the field of political science and international relations from the University of Delaware, USA. He also holds a Master Degree of Military Art and Science from US Army Command and General Staff College, a Master of Political Science and International Relations from the University of Delaware and a Master Degree of Economics and Finance from the University of Delaware and Lyon 2.  Moreover, he is an advisor to Samdech Pichey Sena Tea Banh, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defense, Kingdom of Cambodia. He has published several books including The Khmer Rouge (2013) and The Chronicle of a People’s War (2018).
