Mr. Seng Tola is a Deputy Secretary General of the Accounting and Auditing Regulator of Cambodia after working more than 15 years. He earned a Master of Business Administration from National Institute of Business in 2008. He has successfully completed one year of pedagogical education for higher education. He is qualified in the Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) program. He was appointed by the Ministry of Economy and Finance as public accountant at National Social Security Funds for Civil Servants in 2013. He was also appointed to be a member of the Working Group of Accounting, Taxes, and Securities of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. He was also a higher education lecturer at Pannasastra University of Cambodia.
