His Excellency Seng Tola is currently as a Chief Executive Officer of National Sports Complex after working almost 20 years at Ministry of Economy and Finance and after serving as Deputy Director General of  Accounting and Auditing Regulator (ACAR) of Non-Bank Financial Service Authority for several years. He holds a Master Degree of Business Administration from National Institute of Business. He has successfully completed one year of pedagogical education for higher education. He is qualified in the Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) program. He used to be appointed by the Ministry of Economy and Finance as public accountant at National Social Security Funds for Civil Servants in 2013. At ACAR, he was also appointed to be a member of the Working Group of Accounting, Taxes, and Securities of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. He has teaching and practical experiences in accounting, finance, taxation and law compliance more than 15 years. He is also a Senior Advisor to Royal Consulting Co., Ltd.
