Mr. Simon Baker holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance. He has also achieved an advanced diploma in management accounting in Shanghai, China, as well as a diploma in counselling and one in psychotherapy from Australia.

Simon has over 12 years of work experience globally, based mainly in Asia. He has worked with and for, a wide range of companies spanning from the private sector (both MNC’s and SME’s), public sector, startups, as well as driving his business consulting company from the age of 25. This experience, continuous reflection, and personal refinement, has allowed him to add value more than most.

He has an international mindset and from a personality standpoint, he is resilient, diligent, self-disciplined, analytical, focused, self-motivated, and continuously improving. His passion for Psychology and Philosophy has refined his personal growth and he uses the results to uplift the lives of others.

Now he is ready to give back and contribute to a better society for all, by contributing more towards the education sector. In 2023 he received his Teaching English as Foreign Language certificate, and in 2024 has a certificate for completing the HSK level 4 Chinese test for reading, writing, listening and speaking Mandarin Chinese.
