Dr. Edman P. Flores is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 18 years of expertise in financial accounting, auditing, and academic leadership. He earned his Doctor of Business Administration from GlobalNxt University in 2026, and holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of San Jose-Recoletos. Before joining CamEd in 2017, Dr. Flores served as the Accounting and Finance Department Chairman and CPA Review Director at the University of San Jose-Recoletos in the Philippines. His diverse professional background includes roles as Chief Accountant for a five-star hotel in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and External Auditor at Ernst & Young Philippines (SGV & Co.). As a thought leader, Dr. Flores has published extensive research on sustainability reporting (ESG) and digital transformation within the Cambodian higher education sector. He is a dedicated mentor who has successfully produced top scorers in both the Philippine CPA and international ACCA examinations.
