H.E. Sambath has served as a head of Internal Audit of the Non-Bank Financial Service Authority with the rank of Secretary of State since 2021. Before that he was appointed as a Director of Insurance Suspension of SECC in 2008 and in 2014, he became a Deputy Director General of SECC. Mr. Sambath earned his Master of Strategy and Management from Lyon 3 University (France) and used to be a higher education lecturer at Royal University of Law and Economics in 2003. In 2011, He was also assigned to be an Advisor to the Supreme National Economic Council in 2011.
