CamEd Leadership Club

CamEd Leadership Club was officially established on April 4, 2025, by Ms. Thy Sokunthea, a senior student at CamEd Business School, with a vision to empower and inspire future leaders. This is an opportunity to be part of something new, impactful, and full of potential from the very beginning. CamEd Leadership Club (CLC) is an organization dedicated to fostering leadership, teamwork, and professional development through training, events, mentorship, and community engagement, all aimed at preparing members for future leadership roles.

Vision

To cultivate a generation of visionary student leaders and innovative entrepreneurs by fostering leadership skills, entrepreneurial mindsets, innovation, and social responsibility, enabling them to inspire others, drive change, and achieve holistic personal and professional excellence.

Mission

Our club is committed to developing leadership skills, entrepreneurial mindsets, and personal growth among students. Through mentorship, hands-on projects, networking opportunities, and interactive workshops, we aim to create a supportive environment where members can practice, grow, and lead with confidence.

ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

Our Executive Committee is composed of five core members, including the Founder Leader who established the club and continues to provide strategic guidance, two Co-Presidents who jointly lead the club and oversee its overall operations and direction, and four Vice Presidents each responsible for managing one or more of the following departments:

1. Project department
2. Research and Innovation department
3. Digital Marketing department
4. Human Resources department
5. Administrative department
6. Publishing department

Events

1st Charity –  Give Hope, Grow Future

On June 1, 2025, CamEd Leadership Club launched a charity event called “1st Charity: Give Hope, Grow Future”. This charity event was held at Krabao Primary School, Paribo District, Kampong Chhnang Province.  The goal of the event was not only to help children in need but also to give our members the chance to connect with each other. It was a chance for everyone to see firsthand how the charity work is making a difference.

Knowledge Exchange 2025

On 20th July 2025, CamEd Leadership Club organized an internal sharing session titled “CLC Knowledge Exchange 2025,” featuring guest speakers Ms. Thy Sokunthea, Ms. Sorn Engmai, and Mr. Sun Seavou. The event aimed to promote knowledge sharing, personal development, and team growth among members. Participants had the opportunity to gain insights, exchange ideas, and engage in meaningful discussions that inspired both learning and collaboration.

Step of Love Charity

On August 30, 2025, CamEd Leadership Club held our 2nd charity called “CLC Charity 2025 – Step of Love”. This charity aims to help underprivileged children to support their education at Ang Khnar Primary School, which has a total of 375 students, the event will take place at Ang Khnar Primary School, Tram Kak District, Takeo Province.

Inspire Lead 2025: The Future is Lead by You

On October 19, 2025, CamEd Leadership Club organized a big external event. This forum was designed to empower students to embrace leadership roles, amplify their voices, and inspire positive change. Featuring distinguished guest speakers, interactive discussions, and mentorship opportunities, the event provided practical and motivation for young leaders. Participants explored youth leadership, self-empowerment, and strategies to apply leadership skills effectively in personal, academic, and professional settings.

Study Field at kofi Cambodia

On November 15, 2025, CamEd Leadership Club conducted a study visit to KOFI Cambodia Co, Ltd., The visit provided a meaningful insight into large-scale production, the integration of modern technology, and various business management processes and strategies, along with education and a better understanding of coffee cultivation, production, and was an exciting opportunity that enhanced our members’ learning journey and deepened their understanding of real-world business operations.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership in the CamEd Leadership Club is open to all CamEd students who are motivated to strengthen their leadership skills, take initiative, and make a positive impact within the community.

Each members should:

  • Demonstrate honesty , responsibility, and professionalism in all Club activities.
  • Participate actively in events, meetings and other activities that strengthen leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Respect others, encourage inclusivity, and build a supportive environment
  • Be open to feedback and use it as an opportunity for growth and improvement.
  • Inform the HR team or Management (MGT) in advance if you are unable to attend any meeting, event or responsibility you’ve committed to.
  • Represent the Leadership Club with pride and professionalism in all academic, social, and external activities.
  • Take responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure they are completed on time and with quality
  • Communicate effectively and clearly with members and management to avoid misunderstanding
  • Seek opportunities to connect with others
