CamEd Marketing Club is open campus-wide for any student who’s curious about the world of marketing. With the opportunity to become one of us, our students gain a holistic view of the marketing industry and build the skills needed to advance greatly in their future careers.
CamEd Marketing Club focuses on providing a variety of opportunities to enhance the student experience outside of the classroom. Our goal is to support activities and programs that provide value and increase club involvement and participation.
Such activities will include the following: dedicated speaker panels throughout the year to address a variety of industries and functional roles including brand management, field marketing, marketing communications, brand strategy, market research, and green marketing; marketing-focused field trips and facility tours to gain “behind the scenes” insight; on and off-site workshops that enlist participation and expertise from regional businesses.

Social Media Marketing
The use of social media and social networks to market a company’s products and services. Social media marketing provides companies with a way to engage with existing customers and reach new ones while allowing them to promote their desired culture, mission, or tone.
Content Marketing
A strategic marketing approach focused on creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly-defined audience — and, ultimately, to drive profitable customer action.
Direct-to-consumer (D2C)
Companies promote directly from the manufacturer to the intended consumer, with no intermediaries. This unique structure has allowed D2C companies to reach consumers without any interference, giving them complete control over strategy as well as data.
