Who are we?

CEC is one of the non-profit organizations established with the intention of engaging and inspiring potential youth, especially CamEd students, who are interested in entrepreneurship.

What do we do?

The mission of the Club is to create awareness and to educate members on the growth rate of the business growth and entrepreneur, the opportunities available in the business field, and events impacting the economy. Throughout the year, the Club hosts speakers and members can use this chance to communicate about the business or seek opportunities in their future careers.

Trailblazing technology is applied to innovate entrepreneurship in the new era. With the assistance of the ESG business model, revolutionized a new strategy that supports businesses that operate on the triple bottom lines – profit, people, and planet, enabling us to expose our local brands that have also adhered to advanced technology striving to be competitive in the market. By doing so, we will shine lights on the advancement and benefits of technology on entrepreneurs, showing a possibility for our potential youth.

EVENTS

For many years, CamEd Entrepreneur Club (CEC) has been at the forefront to promote entrepreneurship with social responsibility and sustainability to the CamEd students. CEC has been working hard in terms of developing creativity, raising awareness, and building student willingness to take part in Cambodian entrepreneurship.

Ideation To Implementation – Pathway to Entrepreneurship

On Sunday, March 31st, 2024, the CamEd Entrepreneur Club hosted its annual event titled “Ideation To Implementation – Pathway To Entrepreneurship.” Our forum featured three esteemed speakers who shared insights on turning dreams into reality and sustaining businesses in the long run. They discussed essential strategies for protecting and nurturing fledgling businesses, empowering attendees with valuable knowledge for their entrepreneurial journey.

Khmer Beverages Study Tour

The CamEd Entrepreneur Club extends its heartfelt gratitude to Khmer Beverages for hosting our study tour on March 11th, 2024. We are immensely thankful for the invaluable opportunity to delve into your production line, witness the manufacturing process of beverages, soft drinks, and energy drinks, and learn from industry experts. Your gracious cooperation ensured the seamless execution of this enlightening experience, and we truly appreciate your generosity in sharing your knowledge and expertise with us. Thank you for facilitating an enriching journey into the world of modern technologies and production practices within the beverage industry.

Chip Mong Industries Study Tour

CamEd Entrepreneur Club has had a study tour of Chip Mong Roof Tiles factory, Chip Mong Pipes factory, and Chip Mong Concrete plants of Chip Mong Industries since November 24th, 2023. We would like to show our gratitude to Chip Mong Industries for providing us the opportunity to gain more knowledge on the production line and modern machinery, and Italian technologies, from experts working in the factory and for your kind cooperation in smoothly conducting this study tour.

Cents & $enses

The CamEd Entrepreneur Club diligently organized and executed a sharing session titled “Cents & $enses” in the Luca Pacioli room at CamEd Business on September 17th, 2023, running from 1:30 to 5:30 PM. The event aimed to provide valuable insights into financial management and entrepreneurship. We were honored to host two esteemed speakers: Ms. Lim Chhorika, Chief Editor and Managing Partner of Kakcent, and Mr. Pech Pong Ponharith, Co-founder and Managing Partner of Kakcent. Their expertise and experiences added significant value to the session, enriching the knowledge of all attendees.

CEC Sharing Session

CamEd Entrepreneur Club (CEC) was invited by CamEd Business School to be apart of the sharing session and school tour for the grade 12 students from Prek Leap New Generation School. Ms. Yim Chanyanit, Project Planner of CEC 7th Gen, and Ms. Chhoeun Rotdane, the Vice President of Marketing Department of CEC 7th Gen have presented about “Experiences as a university student and why students should join a student club.” As well as showcasing CEC’s core value, vision, mission and the past achievements. Lastly, CEC would like to wish all of the grade 12 students from Prek Leap New Generation School all the best for the upcoming national exam. We hope to see everyone on the campus soon.

CamEd Entrepreneur Club Award 2022-2023

In the 2022-2023 fiscal year, CamEd Entrepreneur Club has received 2 recognitions as Second Most Outstanding Budget Management Club Award and Top 5 Most Distinguished Social Media Engagement Student Club Award.
