Who are we?

CEC is one of the non-profit organizations established with the intention of engaging and inspiring potential youth, especially CamEd students, who are interested in entrepreneurship.

What do we do?

The mission of the Club is to create awareness and to educate members on the growth rate of the business growth and entrepreneur, the opportunities available in the business field, and events impacting the economy. Throughout the year, the Club hosts speakers and members can use this chance to communicate about the business or seek opportunities in their future careers.

Mission

CEC aims to promote the synchronization between fundamental knowledge regarding entrepreneurship with social sustainability which is promoting social redistribution of resources after being derived. Trailblazing technology is applied to innovate entrepreneurship in the new era. With the assistance of the ESG business model, revolutionized a new strategy that supports businesses that operate on the triple bottom lines – profit, people, and planet, enabling us to expose our local brands that have also adhered to advanced technology striving to be competitive in the market. By doing so, we will shine lights on the advancement and benefits of technology on entrepreneurs, showing a possibility for our potential youth.

EVENTS

For many years, CamEd Entrepreneur Club (CEC) has been at the forefront to promote entrepreneurship with social responsibility and sustainability to the CamEd students. CEC has been working hard in terms of developing creativity, raising awareness, and building student willingness to take part in Cambodian entrepreneurship.

ENTREPRENEUR Z: The Visionary of GenZ Entrepreneurship

On Sunday, March 2nd, 2025, CamEd Entrepreneur Club 8th Generation successfully hosted its annual event titled “ENTREPRENEUR Z: The Visionary of GenZ Entrepreneurship” at Oakwood Premier Phnom Penh. The event featured two distinguished guest speakers, Ms. Dav Zalynn, Founder of TheCake, TheCake Factory, Salanum, and TheCake Flagship, and Mr. Nob Dane, Founder of Nob Dane Samangkar, who shared their real-life entrepreneurial journeys, challenges, and growth strategies. Through keynote presentations and an interactive panel discussion, participants gained valuable insights on self-discovery, resilience, networking, and practical business implementation, empowering Gen Z youth to confidently pursue their entrepreneurial ambitions. 

 

Bonding Trip – Study Tour – Charity

From July 11th to 13th, 2025, CamEd Entrepreneur Club 9th Generation organized a Bonding Trip combined with a Study Tour and Small Charity Activity in Siem Reap Province. The trip aimed to strengthen relationships among members, foster teamwork, and create a supportive environment for both new and existing members through shared experiences and group activities.

In addition to cultural visits and study tours, the club contributed a small charity donation to the Khmer Angkor Arts & Culture Training Club, supporting its mission to preserve and pass on Khmer traditional arts to future generations. Overall, the trip successfully enhanced unity, collaboration, and social responsibility among CEC members, setting a positive foundation for future club activities.

The Odyssey: 4 Generations of Marketing

CamEd Entrepreneur Club organized an internal marketing training titled “The Odyssey: 4 Generations of Marketing” on Sunday, 07th September 2025, bringing together marketing leaders from different CEC generations to share insights on creativity, strategy, and cultural storytelling. The event equipped participants with practical knowledge on visual design, branding consistency, and effective marketing communication using accessible tools and real-world examples. Speakers discussed the evolution of marketing, audience engagement strategies, and key design principles, emphasizing that creativity is driven by ideas rather than tools. The session also highlighted the importance of cultural awareness through the incorporation of Khmer identity and traditional symbolism. Overall, the training strengthened participants’ marketing skills and creative confidence for future CamEd Entrepreneur Club activities.

Inside Out: Inner Spark

CamEd Entrepreneur Club organized an internal workshop titled “Inside Out: Inner Spark” on Sunday, 28th September 2025 at the Brighton Training Center, featuring Mr. Alywin Oh, Founder and Lead Trainer of Brighton Academy Asia, as the guest trainer. The workshop aimed to enhance participants’ self-awareness and teamwork through a better understanding of personality differences using the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) framework. Through interactive explanations and hands-on activities, participants identified their personality preferences, strengths, and areas for growth, while learning how different communication and decision-making styles influence collaboration in both personal and professional settings. Overall, the workshop provided practical insights into self-development, effective communication, and team collaboration that can be applied in future club and career activities.

YOUNGSTARTER: From Small Idea to Big Picture

CamEd Entrepreneur Club organized an external sharing session titled “YOUNGSTARTER: From Small Idea to Big Picture” on Sunday, 30th December 2025, aiming to inspire young people to turn small ideas into meaningful ventures. The event featured Mr. Ly Thieng, Founder and CEO of Castor Sports, who shared his entrepreneurial journey and key lessons from building multiple businesses while balancing school and personal life. Through an engaging sharing session, panel discussion, and interactive case study, participants gained practical insights on taking action, working with limited resources, staying consistent, and overcoming fear. Overall, the session encouraged participants to build confidence and take concrete steps toward their entrepreneurial goals.
